Recording now available

In November, HQI was pleased to welcome Admiral Thad Allen, U.S. Coast Guard (Retired) to a webinar on Critical Leadership Situations: Dealing with the Added Pressures of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Admiral Allen served 39 years and is best known for his widely praised performance directing the federal response to hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the Gulf Coast region and for his role as National Incident Commander of the Unified Command for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

He provided the audience with many insights regarding leadership and how to remain resilient during these difficult times. His experience with major crises and leading the U.S. Coast Guard provided invaluable tips and assistance on dealing with the current pandemic.

For those who were not able to attend the webinar, the recording is available here.
