A Safe Table is a legally protected discussion pertaining to a specific safety event or experience related to a particular safety issue. The discussion may involve detailed accounts of adverse events, near misses, or situations with systemic concerns where participants may seek advice and solutions.
Discussions are conducted virtually and begin with a presentation by a CHPSO member of a specific case(s). Attendees are then encouraged to engage in a discussion that may include examples from their facilities, questions, perspective and feedback.
If you have interest in participating in a forum, please contact CHPSO.
