Simulation-Based Training to De-Escalate, Manage and Prevent Workplace Violence
Objectives
- Learn how a Texas hospital piloted the use of a simulation lab to help staff develop the skills and confidence needed to manage and prevent violence in the workplace.
- Facilitate a discussion among the hospitals about various approaches to staff training regarding workplace violence.
